Happy New Year,

Hope you all have had a terrific Christmas holiday.  We will change our Jan. 9 parent meeting to Tuesday, Jan. 10 at 6:30 pm in the library.  Something about an important football game that night!  If at least one parent can attend it will be appreciated.

We will discuss:

Upcoming tournaments
Greater Atlanta trip – March 9 and 10 ($75 due Feb. 14)
5th and 6th grade CMS tournament – March 17
Math Team Celebration at Stone Bridge – May 1
Sponsorships for our tournament – at least two from each member (any amount from $25 to $1000 will be just fine)
6th grade math team tryouts – May 1 (at East and West) and May 10 (30 invited to CMS to choose top 22)

Thanks for the Bentleys and Robinsons for hosting our Christmas parties and to all that helped organize the parties.  We had a great time with Dirty Santa and just hanging out together!

What a great year the kids have had already.  Hope you saw the Vestavia picture in the paper Sunday.  Your children are just outstanding in so many ways!
